We were overly impressed by how quick they addressed two of our home repairs. Rigo was really helpful and on point for our needs. The team was nice and paid extra attention to details. For example, when they were blowing debris off our roof they had someone else counter blow to keep the debris from landing in our pond. Would absolutely recommend and if we end up with another tree on the house we will be calling them again!

My home was damaged by the groundwater flooding from Tropical storm Chantal on Sunday night, July 6, 2025. My master bedroom had several inches of water come in from the lack of drainage on the back of the house and part of my wood living room floor was also damaged and needed to be replaced. My bedroom pad and carpet had to be pulled up and the drywall removed about 30 inches up from the ground. CTI workers came in within 36 hours of the flooding and began remediation with large fans and dehumidifiers. They quickly started on removing the damaged flooring and carpet, and after drying out, began the process of replacing carpet and drywall and repainting my entire bedroom. My HOA management company had hired CTI to install the proper outside drainage, since none had been done when the house was constructed six years ago. The flooding had been a problem every time there was an extra heavy rain, and I had had damage in May 2022, but had not sought resolution of the drainage. I decided to use CTI on the interior, knowing they would want to do an excellent job since the HOA hired them for the outside drainage. I was not disappointed! The work took several weeks because of carpet and wood flooring being discontinued, and replacements, having to be found, but when they were here and materials were available, the work was the highest quality, professional, and done quickly. There were no workers who were not professional and very diligent with their time, and courteous. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work and the fairness of the price.! They charged the same amount at the end that they had estimated at the beginning, ‘though there were unforeseen costs, that were my fault and not theirs. If I have need of their services again, I won’t hesitate to call them and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much, CTI property services, for resolving these issues and putting my mind at ease! And being more than fair with me.

As the Board President for Landings @ Pine Creek CTI- Steve Lineberger and I have established an Awesome professional and friendship over the past 7 years. CTI has done all our routine gutter cleaning and necessary roof repairs.
Steve -CTI was awarded the Contract to remove all of our 4 inch gutters and we added 6 inch gutters to all of our 68 unit townhomes. This was a Major project and Steve and I worked together on All issues it was 100% successful.
This undertaking also lead us to major draining issues from 25 year old collapsed drainage piping throughout the community.
CTI replaced all drainage pipes with schedule 40 hard plastic piping. Huge difference!!!
To further enhance our curb appeal we power washed all units drive ways and curbing. We replaced all front lawns with SOD.
Steve is always available to consult and walk property with me on ANY issue large or small.
These days it's such a blessing to have some one that you can rely on. ( It's rare these days)

I have used CTI quite a lot in the years as a Community Manager. They show up on time to bid a job and to do the work. The pricing is always fair for the quality of work they do. If you want cheap and get cheap you might want to call somewhere else. They back all the work they do with no hazel. CTI has a very deep pool of experience employees to help you. They will ask others within the company to make sure the project is right. All I can say at this point is give them a call you won't regret it.

Two years ago our condo community in Raleigh contracted CTI to replace the roof and gutters of one of our two buildings. The project was a total success and we haven’t had a single problem.
We were so satisfied that this year we sole-sourced the second roof project to CTI. This project was a bigger challenge because we did it in September/2024 and had multiple big rains, including effects from Helene. The guys did a super job and we had another great outcome.
I want to mention one particular day, Friday the 13’th of September that really demonstrates how terrific these guys are. The roof was partially uncovered the night before as there was no rain forecast, but at about 6 AM there was freak storm. Within about 15 minutes they had two full teams on-site. One group went up on the slippery roof, in the dark, with pouring rain and lightening … and quickly spread tarps on the open areas. The other team went in the attic to look for leaky spots, and there were some. So they brought a whole remediation team on site quickly and put blowers and dehumidifiers in the four affected apartments (mine among them). After the project was completed they again came and fixed every internal detail, treated and repainted every spot to everyone’s complete satisfaction.
We knew CTI was good after the first roof project, but you really find out what an outfit is all about when there are big challenges!
I was a member of our roof committee that oversaw the project and give an unqualified positive recommendation to them, with special kudos to Steve Lineberger for his superb responsiveness, proactive approach, and teamwork.

The team at CTI is great. Our first job with them turned into several follow on projects due to their dependability and quality of service. Interior restoration (walls, flooring, painting), roof (flat roof debris removal and drain clearing), and exterior (concrete step resurfacing, iron railing restoration, and cleaning). They can do it all. Rigo is our project manager, and he did a great job managing his team, keeping our tenants up to date of progress through a very invasive restoration project. They are now our go-to vendor for general contracting and restoration needs.
