General Technician

CTI is currently seeking a General Technician as a self-motivated, energetic individual to grow and work with a reputable general contractor in the Raleigh, NC area. Qualified candidate will be hard working and self-motivated to get projects completed efficiently and on time.

We are looking for construction technicians with experience in a wide range of responsibilities which can include:

General Construction Knowledge

• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Drywall/Painting
• Water Restoration
• Masonry
• Siding, Exterior Facade
• Roofing & Gutters

Requirements

• Driver’s license a plus
• Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 3 years’ experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record)
• Must be able to lift and pull 50 lbs.
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and safely utilize ladders and execute roof safety protocols.
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
